Hey there! I’m Parth, an Engineer at Ory Corp who believes the best code is the kind that makes complex things feel simple.
What I Do
I build scalable backend systems and contribute to open-source projects that help developers focus on what matters most—solving real problems for real people. Currently, I’m working on identity management infrastructure that serves thousands of developers worldwide, while contributing to Ory’s open-source platform.
My journey has taken me from reducing telecommunications provisioning times at NICE Interactive to implementing Kubernetes deployment tools during my Linux Foundation mentorship. Along the way, I’ve discovered that the most rewarding engineering happens at the intersection of technical complexity and human needs.
My Stack
I work primarily with TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and Golang on the backend, building APIs and microservices that handle high-traffic applications. On the frontend, I use React and Next.js to create user experiences that make sophisticated systems accessible. My infrastructure toolkit includes Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and various database technologies.
Lately, I’ve been exploring the fascinating world of AI/ML integration, Web3 technologies, and how they can solve traditional software problems in new ways.
Why I Write
This blog is where I share what I learn while building production systems, contributing to open-source projects, and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of software engineering. You’ll find posts about:
- Backend engineering patterns and lessons from building scalable systems
- Open-source contributions and what I’ve learned from community-driven development
- Cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes deployment strategies
- Developer tools and automation that actually make a difference
- Career insights from working with distributed teams and enterprise customers
Beyond Code
When I’m not debugging distributed systems or reviewing pull requests, I enjoy mentoring other developers and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible with modern technology. I believe in building inclusive tech communities where learning never stops and everyone has something valuable to contribute.
